SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note that all items take several day to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you are not sure if you will receive it in time, please contact us before you order.

US: Shipping is via the USPS and always uses tracking numbers to addresses within the United States.

International: We do not offer International Shipping at this time. However, we do hope to add this in the near future.

Unclaimed Items / Incorrect Addresses: As we cannot control what happens in your locale, it is your responsibility to both provide us with a correct address, and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable.

RETURNS

Returns are on a case by case basis. As all of our items are custom made for you, we only offer returns for exchange of a similar item or new size. This is why we urge you to use the size charts provided on every item’s listing.

If you’d like to return an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for returning the item, and for shipment costs associated with your replacement item.

Is Tracking Available for my purchased item?

Yes! We will send out your tracking information as soon as your product is shipped. Please check your spam folder if you have still not received your tracking information within 4 to 7 days.

What size Shirt should I buy?

A Size Cart is located on the 'Size Chart' Tab (by the product description) under each product. Please refer to this chart before you make a purchase to ensure you have selected the correct size.

How long does shipping take?

We are a Print on Demand shop. As soon as orders are placed, they are processed within 2 business days and sent to a shipper which averages about 2-5 business days. Please allow 5 to 12 business days to receive your product. Around Holidays or periods of high demand, shipping can often take longer, but these are our average times.

What if the product I received is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product, please go to our contact us page and fill out a form with details of the product you received.

How much does it cost for shipping?

We offer FREE Shipping on ALL of our orders in the USA. We don't want you to have to pay any extra cost, so shipping is covered by us.

I live outside the USA, do you offer International shipping?

At the moment, it is difficult to offer International Shipping. We hope to add this option in the near future, but for now all orders must be from those living in the United States (US). Sorry.

How do you print the designs on the products?

We offer DTG (Design To Garment) printing. All of our products are high quality DTG printed.

Can I return a product if it’s the wrong size?

Unfortunately we are a print on demand company. As soon as orders are processed, they are printed and shipped to the shipper. We cannot accept returns at this time. Please make sure you double check the size chart for the product you are purchasing. The Size chart can be found under the 'size chart' tab under the product you are planning to purchase. (This is located right above the product description.) Thank you for understanding.

How long until I receive my product after I order?
